Debut of Russian Philharmonic in UK

Royal Festival Hall

On January 21 Moscow City Symphony – Russian Philharmonic made its debut at Royal Festival Hall (London). The concert was performed as part of the UK-Russia Year Of Culture. Program: S. Prokofiev. Pieces from the ballet “Cinderella”, Concerto No. 3 for piano and orchestra; S. Rachmaninoff. Symphony No. 2. Conductor: Dmitri Jurowski. Soloist: Honoured Artist of Russia Alexander Ghindin, piano.
