One of the best contemporary bass singers, soloist of Mariinsky Theatre Askar Abdrazakov possesses a rare voice in terms of its beauty and range. His repertoire encompasses the most intricate parts of the bass repertoire, as well as romantic and folk songs. The singer performed at the world-class venues including The Bolshoi Theatre, The Metropolitan Opera, The Washington Opera, La Scala, Barcelona’s Gran Teatre del Liseu, Teatro Kolon in Buenos Aires, Teatro Real in Madrid, Théâtre du Châtelet in Paris, Bavarian State Opera, Deutsche Oper Berlin, Hamburg State Opera, Megaron Athens Concert Hall, Teatro Comunale di Firenze etc. He worked alongside conductors including P. Boulez, M. Rostropovich, C. Abbado, V. Gergiev, M. Plasson, P. Domingo, L. Maazel, D. Gatti, V. Fedoseyev, J. Casadesus, and M. Ermler. His repertoire includes the roles of Boris (“Boris Godunov”), Philip II (“Don Carlos”), Zachary (“Nabukko”), Banco (“Macbeth”), Fiesco (“Simon Boccanegra”), Don Quixote (Don Quixote), Mephistopheles (“Faust”), Kochubei (“Mazepa”), Don Giovanni and Leporello (Don Giovanni), and a lot more.

Daria Zykova got a first-class degree from Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory in 2005 (I.I. Maslennikova’s class). In 2009 she completed her postgraduate studies at the Conservatory. She debuted at The Bolshoi Theatre as Papagena (Mozart’s “The Magic Flute” staged by Graham Vick) in 2008. The same year she sang the role of Mercedes (Bizet’s “Carmen” staged by David Pountney). In 2010 she sang the role of Adele in the premiere performance of “The Bat” by Strauss (conductor – Cristophe-Mathias Mueller, director – Vasily Barkhatov). Latest works include Marianne (“Der Rosenkavalier” by R. Strauss, conductor Vasily Sinayski, director Steven Lawless, 2012). She gives concerts in Russia and beyond. In 2005 she won the right to give a series of solo concerts in the USA (Indianapolis, Indiana). She performed in Austria, Germany, Italy, Spain, South Korea, Lithuania, Poland, Moldova, Estonia, the USA, and Japan. Received Russian Order of Merit in 2014 and Order of Distinction from Serbian Patriarchy in 2012.

Prominent jazz trumpeter Vadim Eilenkrig performed at the best Russian venues, at Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Centre, on the stage of Chicago and Boston Philharmonic. In 2009 his first solo album “The Shadow of Your Smile” was released on “Butman Music”, the recording label of Igor Butman. It featured the world-class jazz stars Hiram Bullock, Will Leigh, Chris Parker, David Garfield, and Randy Brecker from “The Brecker Brothers”. In 2013 “Kultura” TV channel launched the sweeping show “Big Jazz” with Vadim Eilenkrig as host, chosen from a range of contenders. The project was highly successful, and Vadim’s debut as host got lots of appreciation both from fans and critics.
